MCPS works with employers to review their WSIB, OHS, and Absence Management programs for the purpose of identifying the strengths of a program and the opportunities which can be maximized to meet legislative and regulatory requirements as well as industry best practices.  The overall goal is to have each workplace adopt an effective and efficient Management system.
